Hotels in Karon and Kata Beaches

spite of the huge number of hotels in the immediate area, only a handful
are actually absolute beachfront due to the beach road that runs along the
coast line. Here they are grouped from north to south - in each
town.

Patong
Beachfront Hotels:

Impiana Cabana: On the north-central part of Patong Beach, 80 luxury cabanas decorated with Thai touches surrounded
by the slender arches of coconut palms, with private terrace and
combination of modern and Thai amenities in all rooms.

Patong Bay Garden: Just south
of the Impiana Cabana, Patong Bay Garden Resort features 18 Superior
rooms, 10 Deluxe City View, 20 Deluxe Balcony, 15 Junior Suites, 6 Andaman

Amari Coral Beach Resort: On
the far south of Patong Bay, all guestrooms and suites have private
balconies with beautiful seaviews looking across the Bay and the city
lights.

Tri Trang Beach Resort: This
resort sits on Tri Trang Beach, which is on the headland that makes the
southern limit of Patong Bay. Ten meters to the water, a very short
walk! It is too far to walk into Patong, however, but the resort
offers a shuttle service.

Merlin Beach Resort: - also sits on the
peninsula that creates the southern end of Patong Bay - though it sits on
a small beach on the other side of the peninsula.
Low-Rise Building with 170 meters long of beach front sitting among 12
acres of tropical garden. Also too far to walk to Patong - shuttle
service on offer.

LeMeridien Phuket Beach Resort: Far
south of the Patong area - on the road to Karon. Sits on "Relax Bay"
which is sometimes called Karon Noi Beach, though everyone things of
LeMeridien as being closer to Patong. Shuttle service to Patong
offered.
